this is a small website. it is not trying to be a platform. there is no feed, no algorithm, no notifications buzzing in your pocket. there is a hearth, a forum, a guestbook, and some friends. you are welcome here whenever you have time.

what is this place? — an antidote to the modern internet. a return to the personal web of the 90s and early 00s, when websites were made by people for other people, and you'd find them through a friend, or a webring, or a link on someone's blog. there is no rush here.
